Q. How can I book a flight ticket?
A. You can do so by calling us on 011- 32084320 (Delhi) and 0181-5088800 (Jalandhar).
Q. What is an e-Ticket?
A. An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
Q. How will I get my E-Ticket details?
A. Your e-Ticket details will be sent to the email address or we will SMS to your Mobile , which you have provided during the booking process.
Q. How will I get my boarding pass for an E-Ticket?
A. You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.
Q. Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
A. It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver’s license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and your e-Ticket number.
Q. What if the flight gets canceled or rescheduled?
A. In both the cases, the airline will do the needful or will provide the accommodation (full service airlines only) to the passengers.
Q. How Can I book a Tour Package?
A. You can book your tour by sending an email at bookings@hi-times.com or by calling us.
Q. Where can I Book Hi-Times Tour Packages?
A. You can book your dream vacations at HI-TIMES office or with our Preferred Sales Agent.
If you are booking HI-TIMES Tours through your Travel Agent, please make all payments to him and he will pay on your behalf. Iff , there is no additional cost to you, so do take advantage of your own Travel Agent's professional advice and service.
Q. What are the Booking Procedures?
A. As soon as you decide to book any of the Hi-Times Holidays, you will have to fill up the booking form with the complete information. Full names of passengers along with the ages of the children, type of room required, check in and check out dates along with complete flight details. You are also required to sign the dully filled form.

Who is Eligible for Outbound tour?

A. Persons fulfilling the criteria set by relevant provisions of law relating to foreign exchange in India and R. B. I. Rules, whose passport is valid for at least six months subsequent to the date of departure of your tour and have been granted relevant visas to all countries visited as part of your holiday.

What will be the Booking procedure & Booking Amount ?

A. At the time of booking you must be in possession of original passport(s) valid for travel. You are urged to read complete details of the tour, itinerary, price inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions etc in the brochure / website before filling and signing the official Hi-Times Holidays Booking Form.
Along with the Booking Form, please enclose a non-refundable and Interest free deposit amount of:
  • Rs.5,000/- per person (Adult/Child) for all holidays of 7 days and below
  • Rs.10,000/- per person (Adult/Child) for all holidays above 7 days
  • Rs.15,000/- pr person (Adult/Child) for all cruise holidays.
  • This said deposit will be adjusted towards the cost of the Holiday .In case the tour or tickets are booked under special offer or peak season than 100% advance amount may be required.

What about the Payments & Confirmations ?

All payments for your tour including booking amount should be made in favour of "Kanwal Holiday Resorts Private Limited". If you book through your own travel agent you remit just the booking amount through the Travel Agent and pay the balance amount directly to and in the name of "Kanwal Holiday Resorts Private Limited". Your e-Tickets and Tour Confirmation Voucher is the written confirmation of your Holiday .

HI-TIMES acts as Agent / General Sales Agent or Wholesaler for various International Principles. The booking terms and conditions of the respective principle will apply to the bookings for holidays / cruises / services promoted by these principles.
Q.

When i have make balance Payment. ?

A. Your booking form / Invoice will mention the due date for payment of the balance tour cost including the foreign exchange component of the tour. There will be a delay in issuing your air ticket and arranging your visas, unless the full INR and Foreign Currency Payments are made in the stipulated time. Your travel documents and airline tickets can be released only after receipt of full and final payment including the foreign exchange component of the tour cost. Delay in adhering to the final date advised to you for full payment would result in the cancellation of your seat on the Tour and levy of Cancellation Charges. Hence the balance payment has to reach us as per the schedule mentioned or at least 45 days prior to departure of your tour.

How do I make a booking for group travel?

A. All group booking requests can be mailed to us at bookings@hi-times.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours. Alternately calling us on +91 11 32084320 (standard charges apply) with all details.
When looking for group bookings, we request you to please include as many details of your travel as possible, as number of adults and children travelling, preferred dates and destinations, budget, etc.

How could i get my outbound refunds?

A. If any cancellation or no show is noticed and refunds are confirmed by suppliers, than the refunds will be made only in India and in INR as per RBI regulations. The refunds will be paid out after we receive the credit advice form our overseas associates, and can at times take upto 60 days from the date of receiving a written request along with all material documents of action from our end.

Can I change my hotel booking?

A. You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable for more details please check Travel Terms.

What if my hotel voucher is lost or stolen?

A. For hotel bookings, please report stolen or lost vouchers to us via phone or email and we will blacklist the same. We would then issue another voucher if it has not already been utilized.
